We are entering a critical phase of growth and are seeking a Vice President of Operations to build, lead, and scale a best-in-class operational infrastructure.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for building structure, driving performance, and ensuring operational excellence as the company continues to grow.
You will work closely with executive leadership to translate strategy into execution and elevate standards across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations across implementation, clinical, and field teams
- Build and scale processes to support company growth
- Establish KPIs, drive accountability, and improve performance
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership across Clinical, Sales, and Account Management
- Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing operations team
Qualifications
- 5 years of healthcare operations leadership experience (Director level or above)
- Experience scaling operations in a healthcare or healthtech environment
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows
- Highly polished communication and leadership presence
- Master’s degree preferred

Compensation is structured to attract top-tier leadership talent and is commensurate with experience.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
