Location: Cameron Hospital and surrounding satellite locations
Schedule: Full-time, 32–40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and flexible Floating Certified Medical Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

We are a cardiovascular wellness company dedicated to early detection and prevention. As a Floater Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting clinic operations, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

This position will primarily support Cameron Hospital, with the flexibility to travel to surrounding satellite locations within approximately 30–40 minutes of the hospital on a weekly basis, as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and intake patients
• Input insurance and patient data into the EMR system
• Perform cardiovascular screening tests, including:
• Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI)
• Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) testing
• Sudomotor testing
• Upload and submit test results to the reviewing physician
• Ensure accuracy and timely follow-up on physician summaries
• Maintain accountability for site productivity and efficiency
• Provide coverage at satellite locations as needed to support patient care and clinic operations
• Adapt to varying schedules and locations based on operational needs

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant
• Experience in a medical office or clinical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage day-to-day clinic operations
• EMR proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to travel to satellite locations within approximately 30–40 minutes of Cameron Hospital on a weekly basis, as needed
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations based on staffing needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
