Position Overview
Pulse4Pulse is seeking a Clinical Operations Supervisor (LPN) with proven leadership experience in a physician practice, ambulatory, or outpatient setting. This is a management-focused role that combines clinical expertise with team supervision, operational oversight, and physician/practice engagement.
The Clinical Operations Supervisor will oversee a team of Medical Assistants, ensure clinical quality and compliance, and serve as a professional representative of Pulse4Pulse in physician practices. This role requires confidence working directly with doctors and practice leaders, as well as experience coaching staff and improving workflows.
Important: This is not a bedside or long-term care position. We are seeking an LPN with leadership and supervisory experience in a medical practice or outpatient/ambulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of Medical Assistants, ensuring professionalism, clinical accuracy, and high-quality patient care.
- Conduct training on protocols, patient interaction, and clinical standards.
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring compliance and efficient workflows.
- Serve as the lead clinical representative in physician offices, engaging directly with clinicians, practice managers, and healthcare leaders.
- Support company leadership in product demonstrations and presentations to practices and healthcare executives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and practice stakeholders.
- Monitor staff performance and implement improvement plans when needed.
- Collaborate with leadership to align clinical operations with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience in an outpatient, ambulatory, or physician practice setting.
- Strong background in training, staff development, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to confidently engage with physicians and leadership audiences.
- Professional presence and credibility when representing the organization in clinical and public-facing settings.
- Familiarity with compliance standards, clinical protocols, and EHR systems preferred.
- Passion for proactive care, preventative health, and early detection.
Working Conditions
- Full-time role with travel required between partner physician offices and healthcare practices.
