About the Role

We are a cardiovascular wellness company dedicated to early detection and prevention. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting clinic operations, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and intake patients
• Input insurance and patient data into EMR
• Perform cardiovascular screening tests, including:
• Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI)
• Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) testing
• Sudomotor testing
• Upload and submit test results to the reviewing physician
• Ensure accuracy and timely follow-up on physician summaries
• Maintain accountability for site productivity and efficiency

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant
• Experience in a medical office or clinical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage day-to-day clinic operations
• EMR proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent
