Hours: M-F 8:30 - 5:00

Hourly wage: $22 - $24 hourly

Overview:
Pulse4Pulse, a comprehensive diagnostic testing service for asymptomatic patients in the early detection of cardiovascular disease, is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing patient care and medical administrative support within our healthcare setting.

Cardiovascular Wellness Company is searching for a Medical Assistant with leadership, problem solving skills and great interpersonal skills. Below are listed some of the skills necessary for our best candidates:

• Intake of patient information
• Electronic input of insurance
• Obtain baseline vital signs
• Perform screening test of ankle-brachial index (ABI), ANS and Sudomotor testing
• Print and upload test results, scan and submit to physician reviewing test results for summary
• Provide physician with test results for patient
• Accountability for productivity of the site

Skill set required to perform this job :

• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
• Background working for a doctor's office
• Ability to manage day to day operations
• Effective communication skills
• Record patients information using office EMR system
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred background: Experience as a medical assistant and some managerial experience. We will train on specific ABI/ANS/sudomotor testing protocol
