Occupational Therapist (OT)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate and treat patients of all ages. The Occupational Therapist serves as a clinical resource and role model by delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting staff and students in the provision of professional therapy services.
Essential Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across the lifespan.
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional independence and quality of life.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and adaptive techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for staff and students.
- Demonstrate professional leadership and serve as a role model in the delivery of occupational therapy services.
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality improvement standards.
- Participate in departmental meetings, continuing education, and performance improvement initiatives.
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Required Certifications & Licensure
- Current Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)

Pay: $46.70 - $56.24 per hour
