As part of our AT&T Team Member Team, you'll connect customers with wireless, fiber internet, broadband, and connectivity solutions while building valuable experience in customer service, account support, communication, and professional sales.
In this role, you'll
- Introduce wireless, fiber internet, broadband, and connectivity services
- Explain promotions, pricing, and available service options
- Complete customer enrollments, activations, upgrades, and account support
- Recommend solutions based on each customer's needs
- Contribute to daily sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
