Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in business development, manage client accounts, and expand our market presence through B2B sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a passion for customer service, and experience with CRM software such as Salesforce. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demos, and building long-term relationships with clients across various territories. This position provides a platform for career growth in sales management, territory management, and inside or outside sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for business development and market expansion within assigned territories.
  • Manage existing client accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
  • Conduct lead generation activities, including cold calling and networking, to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Present compelling product demos to prospective clients, highlighting features that meet their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals through effective sales techniques and understanding of client requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software like Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Track market trends, analyze competitor activities, and report on sales performance metrics regularly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or related fields such as technology sales, retail sales, or product demos.
  • Strong understanding of territory management, lead generation, and account management strategies.
  • Excellent skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship building.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; proficiency in using technology tools for sales tracking and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Experience with cold calling, upselling, and developing new business opportunities is highly desirable.

Pay: $51,684.40 - $62,243.58 per year
