About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Full-Stack Developer & Team Lead with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in C#, Microsoft Azure development, and Microsoft SQL. This individual will play a critical role in scaling our SaaS platform, leading a team of developers, and driving high-impact projects from concept to deployment.

The ideal candidate is a proactive go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at motivating a development team, and manages technical priorities and budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of development projects to support the growth and scalability of our SaaS product.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, operations, QA) to align development activities with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain backend services using C#, .NET, Azure Functions, and Microsoft SQL.
• Contribute to front-end development using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Manage code repositories, branching strategies, and deployment workflows using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Configure, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps pipelines for efficient deployments.
• Support and participate in architectural decisions, system design, and technical roadmaps.
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
• Ensure best practices in documentation, testing, quality assurance, and security.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of professional experience with C#, .NET, Azure Development, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proven experience leading and growing development teams.
• Demonstrated success managing complex software projects in a SaaS environment.
• Strong front-end capabilities with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including Pipelines, Repositories, Work Items, and Boards.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Exceptional ability to motivate teams, communicate clearly, and drive accountability.
• Experience managing development priorities, timelines, and budgets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), or serverless architecture.
• Understanding of scalable cloud-native design patterns.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
