Pulse-MD Urgent care with six offices in the Hudson Valley is seeking a talented staffing Coordinator to join their team.
Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities Include:
- Create and post schedules for provider, front desk, radiology and clinical departments, track and post changes and approve trades.
- Maintain timely records of call-out, late and early arrivals to work and coordinate with HR daily to ensure attendance policies are administered promptly and fairly.
- Monitor and minimize staff overtime
- Contact and schedule agency staff, if applicable, to cover open shifts as a last resort.
- Keep accurate record of all PTO and change requests
- Experience working with payroll as well as minor HR functions.
- Must have staffing coordinator experience in healthcare
- Graduate of an accredited high school or GED
- Computer knowledge required
- Experience with scheduling, HR and payroll
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Available Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 12:00 pm
