We are looking for an AT&T D2D Sales Associate to represent AT&T and connect directly with customers in their local communities. You’ll speak with customers about available AT&T products and services, learn about their needs, and help them find solutions that make sense for them. This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training, so previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
What You’ll Do as an AT&T D2D Sales Associate:
- Represent AT&T professionally while interacting with customers in the community
- Introduce customers to available AT&T products and services
- Have friendly, informative conversations with potential customers
- Learn about each customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Answer questions and provide accurate product information
- Build positive customer relationships through face-to-face communication
- Keep up with current AT&T products, services, and promotions
- Work with your team to reach daily and weekly goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
