Product Systems and Enablement Specialist

Pulse For Good
Provo, UT Full Time
POSTED ON 3/20/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 4/18/2026

Pulse for Good is looking for a detail-oriented, systems-minded individual to become the internal expert on how our software works, how it should work, and how to clearly explain it to others.

This role sits at the intersection of product understanding, quality assurance, documentation, and customer training. You will deeply learn the Pulse platform, validate that it behaves as intended, document it clearly, and teach customers and teammates how to use it effectively.

You will be the person people go to when they ask:

“How is this supposed to work?”

What You’ll Do

Develop a deep, precise understanding of how the Pulse platform is designed to function

QA the system to ensure features work as intended (not just that they “work”)

Identify inconsistencies, edge cases, and opportunities to improve how the system behaves

Create and maintain clear internal and customer-facing documentation

Train customers through live calls, video sessions, recorded walkthroughs, and in-person sessions

Answer questions from customers and teammates about how the system works and why

Partner with the product and development team to clarify intent and surface gaps

What We’re Looking For

Exceptionally detail-oriented; comfortable being a little obsessive about correctness

Strong communicator who can explain complex systems simply and clearly

Comfortable on live calls and video (teaching, walking through software, answering questions)

Naturally curious about how systems work and why

Organized thinker who enjoys documenting processes and workflows

Confident enough to say: “This technically works, but it’s not right”

Background We Expect (Flexible)

Background in Information Systems, Human Experience Design, UX, Instructional Design, Technical Communication, or a related field

Experience with SaaS software, documentation, QA, training, or customer enablement is a plus

Degree is less important than the ability to understand, verify, and explain systems clearly

Why This Role Matters

This role is essential to ensuring our software does what we believe it does — and that our customers truly understand and benefit from it. You’ll help keep Pulse honest, usable, and teachable.
