Nurse Practitioner- Cardiology

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and physical examinations specific to cardiac health.
• Collaborate closely with cardiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) accurately, documenting all patient interactions and clinical findings in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide patient education on cardiovascular health management, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence.
• Support triage processes by prioritizing urgent cases and coordinating timely interventions for acute cardiac events or emergencies.

Experience

• Proven experience working in cardiology office setting.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams across specialties to deliver comprehensive patient care.
