Asian Channel Sales Representative (East/Canada)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with Asian channel distributors
• Conduct regular field visits to independent Asian channel stores and ensure product availability, merchandising, and promotional compliance
• Identify and grow business opportunities in the restaurant and foodservice sector
• Collaborate with distributor partners on sales strategies, inventory management, and in-store execution
• Monitor sales performance and report KPIs (sales volume, promotions, store visits, etc.)
• Work closely with internal teams (sales strategy, MD, SCM) to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the Asian channel
• Participate in trade shows, food expos, or community events targeting Asian demographics, which may require weekend work
• Conduct regular business travel up to 50% of workdays spent on client visits, meetings, and in-market support

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years previous experience as sales manager or rep, preferably in food industry
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner and meet deadlines
• Proficient skills in MS Office with emphasis on Excel
• Bilingual in Korean required

Salary : $60,000 - $72,000
