Medical Office in McKinney is looking for Full Time Front Office employee who is experienced in check-in and check-out.
Job duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Be able to multi-task in a polite, professional manner.
- Present a professional appearance that meets office protocols.
- Answer multi-line telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff. A kind voice on the phone is necessary.
- Collect fees for co-payments and account balances.
- Run Reports and balance at the end of day.
- Insurance verification and referrals for incoming patients and confirm appointments.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Athenahealth/CENTRICITY software and knowledge of EMR.
- Billing/collection experience a bonus.
- Reliable transportation.
Hours: 8:45 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday

You must be self-motivated, willing to learn new office protocols and procedures, organized, be responsible for your duties, respectful, and dependable. You must be able to multi-task at a high level.
