Job Responsibilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a medical office, front desk, or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication, providers, and team members
- Comfortable answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and standard office software
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling patient information, scheduling, and payments
- Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively throughout the day
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to excellent patient service
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors, answer phones, and manage front desk operations with professionalism and care.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate patient flow, and update electronic health records (EHR/EMR) accurately.
- Verify insurance, collect payments, and process medical billing and coding as appropriate.
- Maintain patient records, ensure HIPAA compliance, and manage filing and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service, assist clinical staff as needed, and handle general clerical duties.
