Greenhouse & Farm Market Team Member

As a Greenhouse & Farm Market Team Member, you will assist with stocking seasonal products, helping customers, and supporting daily retail operations. Responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and maintain displays of fresh produce, pumpkins, mums, apples, and other seasonal products
- Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with product selection
- Operate the cash register and accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
- Help keep the greenhouse and retail areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist with unloading deliveries, restocking inventory, and preparing seasonal displays
- Provide a positive, welcoming shopping experience for every customer
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to accurately handle cash and process transactions
- Friendly, outgoing attitude with strong communication skills
- Dependable, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry products such as pumpkins, produce, and other seasonal items
Schedule, and Availability
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and seasonal shifts as needed
- Business hours vary by season
