What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trucking Client Service Specialist position at Pullsure?
Trucking Client Service Specialist.
Our nickname for it: Pit Crew Chief.
Trucks move everything. We keep the people driving them covered.
We work with fleets and owner-operators who can't afford downtime. When a broker needs a certificate in 10 minutes or a new driver needs to be added before a load, you're the one who makes it happen.
Full-time, 40 hours a week.
What You'll Actually Do
Licensed? Great. Not yet? Also great.
A Property & Casualty license is preferred. If you don't have one yet, you can get licensed after you join.
The good stuff
Halloween costumes are not optional (okay, they kind of are). We bring in food trucks for client appreciation days. Some of us have even joined a bowling league. We take our work seriously, not ourselves.
Sound like you?
Apply and tell us why you'd be a great fit. Skip the stiff cover letter. Just be you.
Commited. Authentic. Reliable. Loyal.

- Be the go-to person for trucking clients' auto liability, cargo, physical damage, and general liability policies

- Send certificates of insurance to shippers, brokers, and lessors, fast
- Add and remove drivers and trucks, and review driving records
- Help keep federal and state filings current with carriers and the FMCSA
- Pull loss runs and support clients through claims
- Keep everything organized, so nothing slips through the cracks
- Genuinely like people, in person and on the phone
- Are good with computers
- Notice the little details other people miss
- Stay calm when things move fast
- Would rather ask "how do I fix this?" than "whose fault is it?"
- Aren't afraid to mess up, learn, and level up
- Bring good energy to the team
