What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Crew Worker position at Pullman Management Company?
Now Hiring! Pullman Management Company is looking for a hard working, self motivated individual to fill a part-time grounds and maintenance position. Position is full time during the summer.
Majority of work is outdoors.
Duties include but not limited to:
Trash pickup, sweeping stairwells, maintaining lawns and sidewalks, trimming trees and shrubs, snow removal and assisting our maintenance technicians with minor plumbing, appliance repair, painting as well as general upkeep tasks. Will maintain all buildings inside and out and help with turnovers as needed.
Hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. (Flexible) Some earlier mornings will be needed during winter weather. Full time during summer seasons
Must be 18 and have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record as well as pass a criminal background check.
Experience with all yard equipment including snow blowers, lawn mowers, weed whacker and small hand tools required.
Landscaping and minor building maintenance experience recommended.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
