What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Agent/Office Assistant position at Pullman Apartment Complex?
Apartment Complex in Pullman is looking for a hard working, self motivated individual to fill a part-time Leasing Agent and facilities cleaning position. Position will become full time during the summer months (May – August).
Part time duties will include general cleaning of all common areas on the property including office and recreation center, answering phones and assisting the Property Manager with daily tasks. Full time duties will also include showing apartments, assisting with turn overs, leases and day to day tenant relations.
Successful applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, able to lift and carry 50 lbs, and able to easily navigate stairs.
Experience in a professional office environment required. Leasing experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.
Monday- Friday Hours will vary between 8-4:30
