This is not a startup working out of a garage.
We are an established, well-capitalized local service company with office staff, dispatch, marketing, fleet systems, and leadership already in place. Plumbing will operate as a division within our existing operation.
We are looking for a strong service plumber who wants to lead, not just run calls.
What This Role Looks Like
You will start hands-on running residential service calls while helping build the structure for the plumbing division. As the division grows, you will transition into more leadership and oversight.

Responsibilities Include
- Residential and light commercial service plumbing
- Diagnosing and pricing jobs on site
- Delivering professional customer service
- Helping build truck stock and pricing standards
- Training and mentoring apprentices
- Assisting with recruiting additional technicians
- Working with leadership to scale the division
What We're Looking For
- 8 years residential service plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable pricing and selling work in the field
- Experience training or leading other plumbers
- Organized and professional
- Growth mindset
- Wants to build something long term
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000–$130,000 total compensation depending on experience
