As Pulley’s first Product Manager, you’ll report directly to Pulley’s co-founder and work closely with the engineering team to help define and execute on our product roadmap.

🧑‍💻 The Role
As Pulley’s first Product Manager, you’ll report directly to Pulley’s co-founder and work closely with the engineering team to help define and execute on our product roadmap.
- Accelerate the launch of Pulley’s newest AI product offerings and operate as the main product owner between engineering, design, and the rest of the business.
- Partner closely with design and engineering to ensure alignment across product, technical requirements, and customer needs.
- Help set the tone for how product is built at Pulley by creating the processes, rituals, and communication styles that will define our future.
- Stay ahead of the curve in construction tech, AI, and automation to continuously identify areas where we can improve the permitting process.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or in a related field.
- 4 years of product management experience in a B2B or enterprise SaaS environment.
- At least 1 year of experience working as a software engineer, or in a technically adjacent role. You understand technical concepts (eg APIs, data models, architecture, etc) and can work closely with engineers to make informed decisions about trade-offs and feasibility.
- Prior startup experience, or experience in a high-growth company environment.
- Eager to work hybrid in our Downtown SF office (the team comes in 4x/week)
- Experience in construction tech, gov-tech, or workflow automation products
- Experience applying AI/LLM workflows to real-world operations or decisioning problems
