- Data Analysis & Reporting converting raw data into actionable business insights
- Dashboard Development & Visualization building KPI dashboards and operational reports
- Data Validation & Business Collaboration ensuring data accuracy and translating business needs into analytics solutions
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5-7 years of relevant analytics or data analysis experience
Position s Contributions to Work Group:
- Provides analytics and reporting support for business stakeholders and Condition Monitoring Advisors (CMA) by translating data into actionable insights
- Develops and maintains dashboards, recurring reports, and adhoc analyses to support operational and strategic decisionmaking
- Partners closely with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Supports ongoing analytics initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the team
- To enable datadriven decision making by providing timely, accurate, and meaningful analytics for the purpose of asset uptime and CMA efficiency
- To standardize reporting and improve visibility into business performance
Required Technical Skills
(Required)
- Strong experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau)
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data validation
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and presentations for business audiences
Soft Skills
(Required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data clearly to nontechnical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking skills
