Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage clinical research activities in compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements
- Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and reporting
- Collaborate with clinics, hospitals, and associated agencies to support research activities
- Maintain required certifications and licensure for clinical research practice
- Communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and levels of leadership
- Adhere to safety protocols when handling hazardous materials, study agents, biohazards, and pathology specimens
- Provide own transportation to research sites as required
- Participate in developmental, educational, and promotional activities related to research
- Maintain physical and mental stamina to function effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple fluctuating priorities
- Clinical research management and coordination
- Data collection and documentation
- Regulatory compliance and safety awareness
- Communication and collaboration with diverse teams
- Experience with hazardous material handling
- Participation in training and promotional activities
- Manual dexterity for clinical tasks
- Ability to lift light to medium weight objects
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience: Minimum of eight years of relevant experience required. Associate's degree may substitute for 1 year of experience, Bachelor's degree may substitute for 2 years, and Master's degree may substitute for 3 years. Minimum of five years of clinical research experience required
- Licensure/Certification: SoCRA or ACRP, CCRP required. Valid driver's license in appropriate state required
