This role is responsible for leading disease awareness, product recognition, and appropriate utilization through strong account management, relationship building, and execution of strategic plans. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in cardiovascular or biologic sales and thrives in a dynamic, highly cross-functional environment.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in cardiovascular or biologic sales and thrives in a dynamic, highly cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies and tactics across a multi-state territory to increase disease awareness and product utilization in cardiometabolic rare disease markets
- Build, update, and maintain detailed account profiles, including KOLs, target HCPs, and key accounts
- Drive strategic execution within priority accounts to position the brand for appropriate patients
- Lead local market analysis and gather insights to identify opportunities, align efforts, and prioritize actions with cross-functional partners
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate pull-through and support efforts across specialty pharmacy and buy-and-bill channels in collaboration with reimbursement partners
- Develop integrated account plans based on customer and market insights through cross-matrix collaboration
- Present brand information and services in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner to support customer understanding and adoption
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies governing pharmaceutical activities
- Cardiovascular/biologic pharmaceutical sales
- Strategic account management
- Territory and market analysis
- KOL and HCP relationship management
- Specialty pharmacy and buy-and-bill channel coordination
- Rare disease product sales experience
- Closed health system account management
- Experience working with large group practices, hospitals, and managed care organizations
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology account sales experience, including 3 years in cardiovascular and/or biologic therapeutic areas
- Residency within the assigned territory
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 70%, including overnight
- MBA
- Experience selling in the rare disease market
- Experience influencing key thought leaders or high-impact customers
- Closed Health System account management experience

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
