You will work closely with therapists and prescribers in a team-based format designed to provide high-quality, coordinated psychiatric care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, therapy, and medication management for adult patients.
- Participate in team-based collaboration with therapists and Nurse Practitioners.
- Engage in monthly case discussions with collaborating therapists to review patient progress and clinical approaches.
- Optionally supervise clinician-selected, evidence-based Nurse Practitioners.
- Conduct all clinical work remotely, choosing your own days and hours.
- Support interdisciplinary coordination to ensure seamless patient care.
- Expertise in adult psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Proficiency in both medication management and psychotherapy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff or Nurse Practitioners.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual collaboration tools.
- Interest in integrative and evidence-based behavioral health practices.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in Psychiatry.
- Fully licensed to practice in one or more U.S. states.
- Active, unencumbered DEA license.
- Demonstrated experience in both therapy and medication management.
- 100% remote clinical work with complete scheduling flexibility.
- Compensation based on patients seen and codes billed.

Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
