Job Overview/Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Rehabilitation Therapist to support physical, occupational, and therapeutic recreation staff in delivering high-quality patient care. This role offers the opportunity to work in a diverse and fast-paced healthcare environment alongside a collaborative and skilled team of therapists.
Responsibilities
- Assist physical, occupational, and therapeutic recreation staff in patient care activities
- Support therapy sessions and help prepare equipment and treatment areas
- Monitor and report patient responses and progress to the therapy team
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
- Follow all healthcare protocols, safety standards, and facility guidelines
- Patient care support
- Rehabilitation therapy assistance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Team collaboration
- Knowledge of physical or occupational therapy practices
- Experience with therapeutic recreation programs
- Basic medical terminology
- Organizational and time management skills
- Nursing Assistant-Registered (NAR) with the State of Washington
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Six months of experience in customer service within a healthcare setting OR six months of direct patient care experience OR equivalent education/experience
- Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers upon hire

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
