Job Overview/Summary
The Imaging CT Tech is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Perform CT imaging procedures according to established protocols.
Prepare patients for examinations, including explaining procedures and positioning.
Ensure proper use of imaging equipment and adherence to safety standards.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
Primary Skills
CT imaging and radiologic technology.
Patient care and safety.
Knowledge of imaging protocols and procedures.
Equipment operation and troubleshooting.
Secondary Skills (Good To Have)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of a 2-year accredited school of Radiology Technology (CRT) required.
Certificates / Licenses / Registration Requirements
BLS certification required.
State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology required.
IIV Certification / Certified Venipuncture required.
ARRT(R) certification required.
Experience Requirements
2 years of previous experience as a radiology/CT technician preferred.

Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
