How You Will Make An Impact
- Audits, analyzes, and reports environmental performance to clients and regulatory bodies.
- Advises design and construction teams on minimizing environmental impacts.
- Manages subcontractors for specific environmental tasks.
- Conducts impact assessments to mitigate environmental risks and costs.
- Prepares environmental reports for supervisor and leadership review.
- Raises awareness of emerging environmental issues across the organization and e ngages in environmental education and research .
- Coordinates public hearings and consultations on environmental matters.
- Trains staff on environmental responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering or an environmental related field required.
- Environmental certification preferred.
- 3 years’ experience or training in environmental regulatory and construction industry compliance preferred.
- CPESC Certification (CA QSP) preferred.
- Knowledge of the local regulations or skill sets related to the specific work on project
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and new legislation
- Technical writing and communication skills
- Able to lead a team or project effort.
- Able to manage subcontractors for project specific specialty environmental work .
