Description
Join our inclusive and collaborative team where all means all! As a full-time Art Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in inspiring creativity and self-expression while supporting the diverse needs of all learners through engaging, art instruction. You’ll help foster a love for the arts in students of all abilities. This is a full-time position that is split 3 days at Lannoye Elementary and 2 days at Fairview Elementary. Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm
Job Goal: To implement an approved educational program and establish a classroom environment that is consistent with our District Philosophy, fosters integrated learning, thinking, cooperation, and personal and social growth. To ensure that students are the nucleus of the school system and our educational decisions are guided by what we consider to be best for students so that they are given every reasonable opportunity to realize their best selves.
Qualifications:
- A current teaching license

Knowledge of effective teaching methods and developmentally appropriate classroom activities

The ability to maintain a positive learning environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Current First Aid/CPR certified or must obtain

Demonstrated ability to:
