Service Advisor/Writer

Puklich Chevrolet GMC is looking for a friendly, organized and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team in Valley City, North Dakota.

As a family-owned dealership, we pride ourselves on building strong customer relationships, creating a positive work environment and delivering exceptional service experiences. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively multitask while maintaining professionalism and organization.

No automotive experience is required — we are willing to train the right person with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with vehicle service needs
• Listen to customer concerns and help identify service solutions
• Create repair orders and explain recommended services
• Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
• Reach out to customers regarding technician recommendations
• Provide accurate estimates and timelines
• Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow
• Maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction
• Help ensure an organized and efficient service department environment
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Rotating Saturdays
• Closed Sundays
• Holidays as scheduled
