SUMMARY: Responsible for the creation of logos for order completion and developmental packages as needed for customers and internal requirements.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities.
- Receive assignments from the Production Design Manager, Senior Graphic Designers, Account Managers and other staff members.
- Create, source and/or modify designs, illustrations, and logos in accordance with company objectives and customer needs.
- Achieve and maintain familiarity with internal design templates and company standards.
- Maintain proficiency on current computer hardware and software, and further develop skills as technology evolves.
- Complete a wide range of routine to complex designs with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Be prepared to communicate and work directly with customers in the office.
- Be prepared to travel solo to appointments/design fairs and work with customers occasionally.
- Be prepared to travel to tradeshows and work with customers occasionally.

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing and growing entrepreneurial environment.
- Knowledge and skill in the areas of logo design.
- Proficiency in graphic design software – strong Illustrator skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly both orally and written.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to self motivate and stay on task daily.
- Minimum of Associate Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field.
- Attention to detail and understanding the rules and limitations of our factory for design.
- Ability to communicate with customers clearly.
