What You’ll Do
- Lead the month‑end close process to ensure all journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance, reviewing work, and supporting their professional development.
- Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting, partnering with cross‑functional teams to validate data and resolve discrepancies.
- Serve as a key liaison with external auditors, coordinating audit requests, preparing supporting documentation, and ensuring a smooth audit process.
- Support the integration of newly acquired companies, including onboarding financial data, aligning accounting policies, and assisting with consolidation activities.
- Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and enhance reporting efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- BBA in Accounting; CPA or active CPA pursuit strongly preferred
- 3 years of US external audit experience (Big 4 or large regional firm ideal)
- Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
- Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
- A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with strong accountability
- Someone eager to grow, learn, and take on increasing responsibility

Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
