As a small, dedicated team, we are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to help us maintain smooth warehouse and shipping operations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packer/Shipper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fulfilling orders, packing products securely, handling shipping, and maintaining an organized work environment. This is a small business and not a large warehouse operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Verify products against order sheets to ensure accuracy.
• Package items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
• Print shipping labels and process shipments using carrier systems (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform routine inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Follow all company policies, including tobacco handling compliance and safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous small company packing/shipping experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs on occasion.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills (for printing labels, checking orders, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Must be 21 years of age or older (due to tobacco product handling requirements).
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $18-$20/hour based on experience.
