From the latest disposable vapes and high-potency extracts (Kratom/7-OH) to artisan glassware and a fully stocked, climate-controlled walk-in cigar humidor, we prioritize quality, product knowledge, and top-tier customer service.
The Role:
We are looking for a reliable, engaging, and knowledgeable Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. You will be the face of Puff n’ Go, helping customers navigate our inventory, maintaining the high-end aesthetic of the shop, and ensuring every guest leaves with exactly what they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience:Greet customers, answer questions, and provide expert recommendations across all product categories (vapes, glassware, cigars, supplements, etc.).
- Age Verification:Strictly enforce our 21 age policy by checking physical, government-issued IDs for every customer. No exceptions.
- Merchandising & Upkeep:Keep the sales floor, glass cases, and walk-in humidor immaculate. Restock inventory and ensure product displays match our premium aesthetic.
- Point of Sale:Handle cash and card transactions smoothly, and assist customers with signing up for the Puff Pass loyalty program.
- Product Knowledge:Stay up-to-date on new vape hardware, disposable flavors, glass trends, and cigar profiles to accurately guide customers.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- A basic understanding of vape hardware, glass, or premium cigars is a huge plus (but a willingness to learn is mandatory).
- Strong communication skills and a professional, welcoming attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs (for restocking inventory).
- Reliable transportation to our Dowagiac location.
