Puff Media is a fast-growing TikTok live commerce company based in Brooklyn. We work with top creators, manage brand partnerships, and run large-scale live shopping events. We're building the infrastructure of social commerce — and we move fast.
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, affiliate links, and campaign tracking
- Work closely with the affiliate and strategy teams to coordinate creator and brand activations
- Monitor sales performance data and compile reports for brand partners
- Research trending products, competitor activity, and market opportunities
- Assist with onboarding new brand partners and managing existing accounts
- Help maintain internal databases and operational workflows
Who You Are
- Currently enrolled in a business, marketing, ecommerce, or related program
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets — Lark, Excel or Google Sheets
- You understand how TikTok Shop and creator-driven commerce work
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Familiar with Lark is a plus

- Compensation: Paid hourly or stipend-based depending on experience and availability
