The Job
PRFI's Mental Health Clinic is seeking a full time Spanish speaking Clinician to provide individual, collateral and family psychotherapy as well as crisis intervention for our clients.
What you will be doing:
- Direct patient care services in English and Spanish: Intakes; individual, collateral and family psychotherapy as well as crisis intervention to an assigned caseload;
- Timely completion of progress notes for each face-to-face contact and indirect contact;
- Timely administration of treatment plans and their subsequent reviews;
- Timely recording of clinical documentation in accordance with NYS OMH and OMIG mandates;
- Assessment of case management/social services needs of your clientele;
- Participation in supervision, staff meetings, case presentations and in-service training.
Who you are:
- Possess strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, the ability to work within strict time constraints and manage multiple tasks at the same time;
- Strong communication skills and computer proficiency required;
- Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds;
- Ability to commute;
- Bi-lingual Spanish speaking.
What you will need:
- Licensed mental health professional (LMSW). Post-graduate training in psychotherapy a plus;
- Master's Degree;
- US work authorization;

Pay: $61,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
