Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greets customers in person and over the phone.
- Listen and understanding customers description of symptoms, clarifying descriptions of the vehicle concerns, conducting inspection, checking vehicle maintenance records, checking service schedules.
- Verifies warranty and service contract coverages.
- Completes repair orders by documenting symptoms, problems, and causes discovered; as well as repairs and services required.
- Support and motivate the Service Technician Staff.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Bilingual, Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.
- Dealership experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a team of certified technicians.
- Current Valid Driver’s License.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
