Duties
- Perform thorough car washes, including hand washing, drying, and using automated systems to ensure a spotless finish
- Conduct detailed interior cleaning such as vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and window cleaning to enhance vehicle presentation
- Apply buffing and polishing techniques to restore vehicle paintwork and achieve a high-gloss finish
- Assist with vehicle movement around the lot, including parking, staging, and preparing cars for customer delivery or service appointments
- Support custodial tasks like trash removal, floor cleaning, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas and customer lounges
- Execute window tinting procedures with precision to improve vehicle aesthetics and privacy (if certified)
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring their vehicles meet quality standards
Experience
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued for maintaining cleanliness standards
- Experience with car wash operations or detailing enhances efficiency and quality of work
- Familiarity with buffing, polishing, or paint correction techniques is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for safe vehicle handling and movement around the lot
- Strong customer service skills to create positive interactions with clients and team members
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies, tools, and safety protocols related to vehicle detailing and custodial work
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while working efficiently in a lively environment
