Job Description:
As a Sales Associate for the Pueblo Punishers, you will be responsible for driving ticket sales, securing sponsorships, and promoting team merchandise. This position offers an uncapped earning potential, with commissions paid based on sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage potential customers through various channels
- Promote and sell tickets, sponsorship packages, and team merchandise
- Build and maintain relationships with fans, sponsors, and community partners
- Achieve sales targets and maximize earning potential
- Represent the Pueblo Punishers professionally at events and outreach activities
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Passion for sports and community engagement a plus
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
Compensation:
- Commission only – no base salary
- Outstanding sales professionals can earn between $1,000 and $20,000 per month depending on motivation, effort, and sales success
