Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our dedicated team in. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive primary healthcare services to a diverse patient population, utilizing your expertise in various medical disciplines. You will play a vital role in promoting health and wellness through patient-centered care, ensuring timely diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. This position offers guaranteed compensation up to $333,000, providing stability and recognition for your expertise and commitment.
Duties
- Provide thorough medical evaluations through physical examinations and diagnostic assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) system to document patient encounters accurately.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care across specialties including family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, and emergency medicine.
- Conduct health coaching and preventive screenings, including immunizations and chronic disease management.
- Manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions with evidence-based treatment protocols.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives or quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes.
Practice Highlights
- Flexible weekday schedule with no weekends or holidays
- 30 patient contact hours with 10 hours of dedicated administrative time
- No call responsibilities or after-hours requirements
- Dedicated Urgent Care team and strong collegial cross-coverage
- Average patient volume of only 12–14 patients daily
- Patient panel size capped around 1,200 patients per provider
- Robust clinical support teams including RNs, dedicated MAs, case managers, referrals, and dietitians
- EPIC EMR system with Dragon and AI-assisted documentation tools
- Integrated services including on-site Pharmacy, Laboratory, Behavioral Health, Women’s Health, Perinatal Care, and Dental
- Collaborative medical staff consisting of 20 Physicians and 40 Advanced Practice Providers
