About the Role
We’re hiring a customer-focused Pool Service Technician to handle residential and commercial pool maintenance, and client service. This is a hands-on role with leadership potential in a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool/spa maintenance and cleaning
- Manage tools, equipment, and daily job schedules
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate with clients
- Drive company vehicle to job sites
- Identify and upsell additional services
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and vehicles
- Represent the company professionally in the field
- Use company app to manage work orders
- Assisting with ground-game marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Pool service experience is a plus
- 2 years in labor or customer service
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Experience with customer facing communication
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting 50 lbs, bending, tools)
- Basic tech/computer skills
- Valid driver’s license (full background check required)
