Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and take accurate orders
- Prepare espresso and specialty coffee beverages with precision
- Steam and texture milk to create consistent quality drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and perform routine equipment maintenance
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Manage inventory and stock supplies effectively
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Operate coffee shop equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Apply thorough product knowledge to assist customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- May be asked to lift, carry, or pick up items weighing 25 to 50lbs
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have or be able to obtain a Louisiana RV Bar Card
- Must be 18 or older
