- cleaning warehouse, restrooms, offices, outside areas or trailers
- dumping trash and picking up damaged product
- keeping work area clean
- operating and maintaining the sweeper/scrubber
- operating powered industrial equipment to load or unload trailers and move pallets or merchandise to designated areas
- preparing paperwork
- setting up the receiving dock
- sorting pallets, product or equipment
- sweeping and mopping floors
- assisting in other duties as assigned.
- be at least 18 years old
- ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended periods of time
- successfully complete a Work Attitude Survey (WAS2)
- ability to obtain and maintain certification in pallet truck and forklift operations (on or before his or her start date in the position)
- ability to use cleaning chemicals and powered industrial equipment that require Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- ability to lift a minimum of 65 pounds
- ability to handle and prioritize a variety of tasks and responsibilities
- ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
- ability to stack product of varying weights
- ability to bend, stoop, and twist
- ability to sit, stand and do repetitive work for long periods of time
- ability to read, write, identify and verify numbers
