Become part of the Collaboration and Productivity Services (CaPS) Microsoft 365 Delivery team at Publix, where you’ll design and implement cutting-edge solutions using Copilot Studio, Dynamics and the Microsoft Power Platform while closing out well rounded solutions developing Power BI reporting. Work to innovate and improve our CCaaS (Call Center as a Service) processes using Dynamics 365. Your work will transform business processes, deliver actionable insights, and empower teams across the enterprise while ensuring compliance with Publix’s governance, security, and design standards. You’ll stay ahead of the curve with the latest Microsoft 365 features and adoption strategies, guiding makers and champions to maximize platform success with healthy and secure environments.

Your Impact
- Build solutions using SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI and Copilot Agents
- Work in a team environment, translating business and technical needs into creative designs
- Create and improve Copilot agent adoption and development
- Troubleshoot, debug, and provide ongoing support to associates
- Review security and assist with governance and the Power Apps Center of Excellence
- Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, custom forms, and flows to meet business requirements and optimize user experience
- Inspirational adoption of new features through Publix approved Microsoft 365 applications with web documentation, training, guidance, and Publix live events
