Join the Publix Retail Fresh Maintenance team as a Senior Software Engineer where you will be part of a team maintaining and enhancing retail fresh applications leveraging a diverse and modern technology stack. You will be responsible for playing a key role in interacting with enterprise teams and product management. As a technologist, you will write user stories and groom product backlog items to develop features that consider a frictionless user experience while leading the delivery of lasting contributions to our store associates.
Location: Flexible Hybrid (8 days per month in Lakeland, FL)

Your Impact:
- Develop and modify applications using C#.NET based on technical designs and backlog items.
- Create user stories and refine backlog items to deliver features that enhance user experience for store associates.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues by analyzing code, designing, coding, and testing solutions.
- Serve as Single Point Owner (SPO) for multiple projects, ensuring adherence to Publix IT development standards.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance technology solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical and user documentation for new and existing programs.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
