Compensation Range: $176,700-$288,765 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The SVP, Strategy will provide consistently superior media strategies, ideas and marketplace solutions tailored to fast-paced CPG client.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary day-to-day liaison between internal team and client.
- Driver of media approach & execution, ensuring the delivery of a consistent approach to media strategy and planning that delivers against each brand's unique jobs to be done while helping to connect dots across all teams for a full plan impact.
- Connector between brand objectives & strategies and who/what/how to think about the consumer and how it relates to media strategy in current and future culture.
- Develop and scale efficiencies and best practices, providing oversight and escalation on day-to-day (billing, delivery, etc.) & serve as key liaison for various MagnumOne teams (investment, audience retail, etc.).
- Communicate media industry updates impacting the portfolio including capabilities and consumption.
- Empower MagnumOne Strategy team to learn and leverage all planning tools to ensure consistent data-led plans.
- Ensure that client receives full value from Publicis' resources within the parameters of service/compensation agreement.
- Provide leadership and direction to team working on account, maintaining knowledge of the client business.
- Take leading role in client ideation and creativity, partnering with creative, digital and other agencies.
- Ensure a robust training program for all members of the team is in place.
- Minimum 10 - 12 years of media experience with extensive planning knowledge
- Superior client service experience with proven ability to provide strategic media plans
- Bachelors degree
- Expertise in eCommerce strategy, CPG experience highly preferred
- Ability to anticipate and quickly assess continually changing client needs and adapt resources and strategies accordingly
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to translate numbers into viable business solutions to enhance strategies and meet deliverables
- Excellent leadership ability to drive team to deliver results
