Overview
As a key member of the Publicis Groupe US Talent Acquisition Operations team, you will play a critical role in enabling and optimizing recruitment operations across the U.S. In close partnership with TA Operations Leadership, you will support the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of TA processes, policies, systems, and best practices.
This role will focus on driving operational excellence by managing and enhancing recruitment tools, ensuring data integrity, and supporting process compliance. You will also contribute to broader Talent initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline and automate workflows across the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing through onboarding—and executing project plans that bring these improvements to life.

Compensation Range: $59,850 - $90,620 USD Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Responsibilities
- Support TA Operations leadership to manage recruitment operations by identifying needs, implementing solutions, and integrating tools and processes to drive efficiency and enhance the overall recruitment experience
- Independently manage deliverables within project workstreams, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Collaborate with Talent Operations leaders to establish and standardize new TA functionalities, including process audits and documentation across agencies
- Ensure data and compliance integrity through recruiter training and coaching, as needed
- Support leadership with the validation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Monitor adoption and process adherence for TA technologies, providing training insights to regional TA teams
- Coordinate and track iCIMS support ticket submissions, working cross-functionally to ensure system issues are addressed and resolved efficiently
- Support RFP processes and product implementation initiatives
- Manage external vendor partnerships, external agencies, and new platform teams
- Develop and maintain collateral such as playbooks, training decks, meeting notes, and project plans
- Participate in regular all-hands calls to build team cohesion, share performance updates, and address questions
- 2 years of experience within Talent Acquisition; project management and reporting experience preferred
- Advanced experience using an ATS; iCIMS experience is a big plus
- Knowledge of standard TA tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and related platforms
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with project documentation, including maintaining trackers, project plans, and communication plans
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize, organize, and distribute data
- Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, juggle multiple tasks, and deliver with a sense of urgency
- Proven attention to detail and a track record of personal accountability
- Strong problem-solving skills; you approach challenges with curiosity and are excited to find solutions
- Experience with targeted communication on project status and goals
- High-energy, adaptable team player with a strong work ethic
