Overview
UI Designer
We are looking for a UI Designer that uses their knack for sensory design and creativity to assemble delightful and impactful user experiences for future iteration and sustainability. They will collaborate with our teams to cultivate strategy, high-fidelity execution, presentation storytelling, and code-based prototypes.

Responsibilities
Your Impact
• Weave together principles for composition, color, typography, iconography, texture, photographic curation, and usability to help users successfully navigate dynamic multimedia experiences
• Apply best practices for human-centric design to common visual and usability challenges
• Deliver interaction design for basic product features, e.g. checkout processes, signups, editing tools, etc. and determine the views and interactions needed
• Perform within an existing design system
• Contribute to the creation of new design systems with creative direction
• Provide multimedia production support by documenting and communicating specifications of digital/physical components
• Grow your experience and comfort with contributing and running client workshops, meetings, and other sessions
• Effectively communicate with and delegate to vendors and clients around project specifications
Qualifications
Your Skills & Experience
• Excellent visual design skills
• has built or updated exsisting Design System library components.
• Experience with Design Systems (tokens, etc)
• Experience creating UI Toolkits
• Proficent in Figma
• Thorough communication and presentation skills

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work.
