Senior Manager- Enterprise Architecture - Azure Cloud

As Senior Manager - Enterprise Architect Azure Cloud will oversee teams of software developers focused on cloud-based architecture and solid enterprise platform architectures. Integration between systems, infrastructure sizing and data communication protocols will also be a key portion of the work required. As leader of the technology team, this role will require working across a wide range of technologies from content and commerce platforms to experience technologies that go beyond websites. In addition to technology acumen, this role will also require the ability to work across domains from strategy to delivery.

Your Impact: 

• Architect and design technology solutions for large enterprise and customer facing applications.
• Lead teams of people and serve as the point of contact for client architects, while working with them to establish technology strategy at an application level.
• Develop rapid technology prototypes using various technologies that will be used for establishing architectures and build systems.
• Work with client’s IT organization to establish technology strategy/architecture.
• Anticipate and resolve complex technical issues
• Work with a cross-domain sapient team involving strategists and experience designers to create innovative technology solutions for clients
• Work with clients to establish business requirements where needed.
• Translate client business requirements into system designs
• Work and consult with other senior technologists on technology visions and roadmaps.
• Teach, mentor and share knowledge, establish methods and tools that will be followed by team members.
• Developing team experience with AI solutions

Your Skills & Experience: 

• Minimum of 15 years of technology experience as a developer and a senior member of the development team driving technology solutions.
• Knowledge of technologies including (but not limited to):  Java, Microservices, noSQL solutions, Graph APIs, Event driven architectures, advanced learning and prototyping in AI technologies, Enterprise Integrations (middleware, ETL, etc.). 
• Azure Cloud experience along with Lambda and Kappa based architecture implementation experience.
• Experience with cloud native microservices
• Experience developing new and innovative solutions
• Experience working with multiple teams in large dynamic and fast paced environments in a globally distributed delivery model.
• A keen acumen and ability to learn quickly. This role requires that the person be very adaptable (not locked into one technology) and learn new technologies and perform in short periods of time. An open mind with an intent to learn is a key requirement.
• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in computer science or related area

Annual Pay Range- USD $140,000- USD $200,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work.
